5-Year Limited Warranty: Tone Mender Audio warrants all our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for five (5) years from the original purchase date.
1. Scope of Coverage
This warranty covers all internal components, switches, jacks, potentiometers, and internal circuitry. Tone Mender Audio will, at its option, repair or replace the defective pedal at no charge for parts or labor.
2. What is Excluded
This warranty does not cover:
  • Power issues: Damage caused by using incorrect voltages, wrong polarity, or AC adapters instead of DC.
  • Physical abuse: Damage from liquid spills, drops, immersion, or extreme environmental exposure.
  • Modifications: Unauthorized circuit mods, soldering changes, or third-party repairs.
  • Cosmetic wear: Scratches, chipped paint, or worn graphics from normal stage or studio use.
3. How to Get Service
To start a claim, contact Tone Mender Audio support with your original sales receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping the pedal to Tone Mender Audio, while Tone Mender Audio will cover the return shipping back to the customer after repair.
